I would like to find a store that carries tile for backsplashes. Most of the floor stores carry tile but not as much for backsplashes. What is the best place for back splash tile.

They have some choices but aren't really a "decorative" tile store. Their thrust is floor tile. I was hoping there might be a store with a larger selection of smaller tile.

Try the Floor Shoppe (TOTV sponsor) located on Rt. 301 . They have the largest selection of backsplash tile I have seen in this area. They did a great job - my backsplash looks gorgeous. They went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly.

I think you meant the Floor Shoppe. Thanks for the tip.

Yes the Floor Shoppe. They have a large backsplash tile section in a separate section of the store. They even have some granite samples which helped. The installer was very professional and did an excellent job. A friend of mine also used them to tile her lanai floor and bathrooms. She is equally as pleased. The prices were extremely competitive. I highly recommend them.

Nichols Tile in LSL does have a large selection of backsplash tile, however the pricing for the same product was 30% higher than the Floor Shoppe. They were unwilling to negiotiate. Take a look at both places and see how things work out for you. For us it was a no brainer.

We just had our back splash and counter area tiled and we were steered to Lowe's for the tile. They had a good selection and we were able to match what we wanted and the cost was $300 for tile and $600 for installation. Very pleased with the selection and outcome.
