If you've had experience with Bob's TV on 441 in Summerfield could I please have your insight?

I'm considering the purchase of a new large, flat screen Plasma TV from them. Although they are certainly not the least costly in the area, I'm wondering if delivery, setup, removal of the old equipment and ongoing strong customer service can justify the additional cost.

Bob's has been around for quite some time and they seem to be very knowledgeable in the audio/video field. If you've had either good or not so good experiences please comment.

Yes, we bought a large 52" Mitsubushi at Bob's TV and for the same reasons you're considering; the added cost plus good service. We have been very pleased in our dealings with them. They deliver, did all the setup and are most certainly very knowledgable and accommodating. We've had the set for two years now and needed a service call once when a bulb blew out in the set. They were there in quick time, fixed it and charged minimal. Can't recall how much they charged but we are very satisfied doing business with Bob's TV in Summerfield.
