I used Molly Maids. Yes, they are pricey, but, everything gets cleaned, up, down and in-between. The workers are licensed and bonded, come with their own cleaning supplies and I didn't have to tell them what to do. They did everything. I am now on their schedule for once-a-month cleaning.

Yes I also would like an idea of the price for a once a month heavy duty cleaning.

Sorry I didn't give more information but, it depends on the size of the house. I own a Gardenia and it cost $110.00 ($50.00 coupon) for a first-time cleaning. Going forward the cost will be $125.
