Default Carpet Wrinkles

Has anyone used Dave's Carpet Care for carpet wrinkle removal? We're starting to get a few buckles in the carpeting in our closet and master bedroom and I'm not ready to replace the carpet.

Wondered if they do a good job.

I used Dave's Carpet Care for wrinkle removal quite some time ago. The wrinkles have not returned so they did an effective job in that aspect.

However, they used a board to bridge across a lanai door opening and the pressure popped off a small side piece of baseboard and some wall plaster with it. I found it later loosely propped back in place. I think I would have accepted that "these things happen" but failing to mention it tainted my opinion of their service.

I did not call them about the damage

Thanks, juneroses. I'll have to take that into consideration. If damage is done, contractors should fess up.

Appreciate your response.
