We interviewed 5 landscapers before selecting Village Palms to complete our new landscape. We were blessed to have a great designer, Jodi. Her design was the best and the price was reasonable. The foreman, Tom and his crew (Gabe, Dwayne, Walker, John, Marvin and Whitey) were polite, professional and a delight to work with through the entire installation. The owner, Wendy, came by personally to ensure we were happy with the outcome. We had to leave town immediately after the installation so Jodi stopped by daily to ensure the trees were receiving adequate watering. She went above and beyond and we could not be happier with the design, the installation crew and the company ownership.
I would highly recommend this organization to anyone interested in a small or large job. They get "customer service".
