Lorainne Anderson is STILL helping us months after the sale was done. Can/t rave enough! I guess the whole Villages Sales "family" are great and you can't go wrong,

Look at many virtual tours on TV's site and MLS offsite. It narrowed it down for us and made the selection process a snap.

Had the pleasure of working with Colleen Wotring 2 years ago. Very helpful & professional. Still hear from her on a regular basis.

With so many good suggestions, I think poor Hank & Jeanie are going to have to put all the recommendations into a hat and pick out one!

Here is another vote (from Pat and Jan) for Julia Powell, who took over after we had some issues with the first one who was assigned to us. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and keeps in touch. I agree that most of them are probably excellent. We made the mistake of not asking to switch as soon as we recognized communication problems with the first one. Had I initially known about TOTV, we would have switched much sooner (a TOTV recommendation). The sales manager took excellent care of us - immediately! - which proved to us that they have very high expectations of their sales force.

Carolyn found the perfect houses for my mother, my sister & brother-in-law, and my husband & me. Ours took the longest because it was nearly 2 1/2 years before we were able to sell our former home. All three transactions were made so much easier because of Carolyn's expertise. She's just a delight to work with, no pressure--we all feel so lucky to have found her! 352-255-5120.

And there you have it. When it comes to salespeople in The Villages, a list of the bad agents would be a whole lot easier to carry around in your pocket.

Ours? Jean Truax. Very helpful, practically read our minds, she seemed to know what we wanted even when we couldn't put it into words.

Okay. Another recommendation. I understand there are 150 or so TV realtors. I worked with JOHN STAMPER. EXCELLENT! Having been a business consultant, I was really impressed with every office in the buying process: Sales, Mortgage, Insurance, Inspection, etc. They've all been trained within an inch of their lives.

MLS Realtor: Lyle Gant. SUPER, professional! Didn't purchase with him, but would have.

Default Villages Salesperson

Beth Pope was our salesperson and has become our friend. Low key when we visited, appropriately attentive when we expressed interest, helpful and informative when we left and were selling our house in North Carolina, and absoulutely on the mark in guiding us when we returned in April to buy. Never too busy to talk with us when we called. Available almost on demand before and when we returned for closing. Her house warming gift was right on the mark. Visited us the other night just a few days after we moved in. If you've forgotten her name -- Beth Pope. We are happy that she found us.

A 150 TV realtors? Wow, this is going to be a long thread.
