When we contracted with Pooters for driveway pavers, they promised to leave extra pavers to replace the ones that would inevitably break. When our pavers were delivered, they immediately removed two layers of pavers to give to another client. As a result, we were left without any extra pavers. The Pooters employees even admitted that the order was short. We have left numerous messages asking them to rectify the situation because we have numerous broken pavers. We finally received a voice mail informing us that we could order a flat of pavers directly from the manufacturer for $800.

Agreed. Do not use Pooters. The owner, Clint is not a reliable or honest business person. He did my driveway and water kept seeping under the garage door when it rained. He claimed he had only seen this once before and it was due to the elevation of the driveway. If he knew this, why would he put down pavers without checking elevation. He
could care less. Had no solution other than I pay for someone to take up pavers, drill out a trench for water to drain out. The cars would have to drive over a two inch drop every time. In addition, the borders were not properly cemented and after three years they slid off the side of the driveway and eventually the pavers on the lower half of the driveway had huge spaces between them. This cost me another $4000 to have the pavers taken up and put down correctly. I used Boralli Pavers and he did a great job. |
