Would appreciate recommendations for carpet/tile/upholstery cleaners. Looking for input regarding the quality and price of providers, as well as the method of cleaning and how long it takes both for the work to be done and the drying time. We have a Lantana with carpet in living/bedrooms and tile in kitchen/baths/laundry and entryway.

I just had Renu carpet & tile cleaners out here and they did a FANTASTIC job. Very professional and courteous! They left booties to wear until the carpet completely dried and even left a gift of tile and one of carpet spot cleaner. I will definitely use for my next job as well. I understand they also clean upholstery so I'll keep that in mind when I need that done.
