Don and B.K. have been most attentive. They take photos with each visit, and have brought items to our attention that our lawn care/pest service needed to tend to. They showed our house to several prospective tenants and turned over the keys with a nice orientation. They also have been most flexible with their time. I first met B.K. when we, ourselves, were renters. We entered a home that was immaculate, which she had cleaned. They are a great team.

I absolutely agree with this post and cannot say enough good things about the Cunninghams. BUT

I think the OP was looking for a house wash and not a home watch.

I used to use Egner's but had a problem. I called and asked to speak with the owner and he was real jerk in the way he talked to me. His only concern was that he had too many customers to listen to a complaint. I'm sure he won't miss my business and I certainly won't miss he rudeness.

I now use Robert's Home Services. 352.321.7033.

Another save from 2BNTV. I'm going to call him rite now. The guy who washed my house last did only a little more than half....wait that was me. Your recommendations have been solid as have been many others. TOTV comes thru again.

Hi, just some thoughts.

I did not care for the idea of power wash on a vinyl house.
The sales agent recommended a firm that does not use power wash, they claimed, using soft mops and towels.
We came home and there they were, power washing. So I kept my cool and paid them. Later, I found that there was extensive screen damage, also water seeping out of the lap siding . So very high pressure water at very high velocity is hitting the siding, it definitely is forcing its way up and behind and into the wood sheeting and can cause DRY ROT TO SHOW UP SOMEDAY.!!!! So now, we just mix some liquid detergent with some bleach, spray it on with a garden sprayer, then hose it and soft brush it and it looks like really good. No Power Wash for us.
