Question What happened to hampton inn on 466

Anyone know if the Hampton Inn on 466 has been taken over by someone else? If so who took it over. Have family coming to town and I always recommended that hotel.

For a short time, the sign out front was covered and it said Lady Lake Inn and the sign on the building was covered with a black drape. Now the drapes have been removed and it is the same as was.
But we haven't heard from the one who knows everything.

I saw a commercial real estate advertisement that said they were in the process of renewing their franchise agreement. It is on the market for $4.5 million and is being managed by a professional property management firm, according to the ad.
