How about a simple bandana? No cost to you.

I bought a gray design bandana in the Walmart in Leesburg, which is only about 5 miles from Colony, for a $1 a couple of years ago. They have several colors and designs in the men's department. That's what I've been wearing.

"Costco to start requiring face masks for all shoppers." Costco to start requiring face masks for all shoppers | Fox News. Starting May 4. I am wondering how many other places of business will require a mask.

Wearing a mask should of been mandatory from the get-go. Its not for your protection, but protects others from you. Until people understand that, its just going to keep spreading. We would probably be able to get back to some kind of normalcy if EVERYONE WORE A MASK!!!! And as far as rights? Well you have the right to drink, but not to drink and drive, free speech, but not shout out bomb , etc. Laws are made to protect people, and this should be one of them at the current time.(not talking about arrests, but fines.)

There is no law that says you have to wear a mask. And I know people who couldn’t get them.If store make it mandatory then they should have them for a small fee maybe 25 cents for purchase at the door for people who can’t get them.

I make great masks for $3.00 ea. They are made with 100% quilters cotton and are machine wash and dry. I have made hundreds of masks for happy customers. They are very comfortable. Pick up in Pennecamp. Please email me at janet1769@gmail.com

Thanks.
how about a head scarf...bandana? if you don't have that, you can go on-line and order a couple of yards of cheap cotton fabric, the pattern is not an issue, from JoAnns. or call JoAnns and ask if you can buy a couple of yards of inexpensive cotton fabric for this purpose. You will need to cut squares that are large enough to cover your mouth and nose and to tie behind head. This is a minimalist face mask to be sure, but better than nothing if you were to sneeze after having contracted the virus but not yet symptomatic.
Here is a link to instructions for making a better version. How to make your own no-sew face mask in minutes

You can now buy masks at Publix. They're on an end cap near the pharmacy. There's a choice of two black cloth reuseable washable masks for $3.99 and single washable masks in colorful cloth patterns (I don't know how much those are) and a 10-pack of the blue-front fiber-cloth masks (again - I don't know how much those are).

Availability depends on when you go, compared to when it gets delivered. But there were plenty of the colorful ones when I left at closing time today.
