Does anyone have a recommendation for a good car mechanic? We have a 2002 Lexus and the Lexus dealer said it soon will need new brakes. Don't want to go to Orlando so we're looking for a local place.

Telephone the Lexus dealer in Orlando. Request an auto exchange.

I've had them come to the Villages to pick up the auto scheduled for repair.

They leave a loner and when the service is complete they come back to the Villages and exchange the autos. Perhaps that courtesy is still available.
