Default home inspector

Bought our house in March so we are looking for a home inspector as our warranty is going to be running out. Looking for names and contact information of home inspectors to get a list before the warranty is over

Oldie, Frank DAngelo. Call him now, though. He gets booked pretty quickly.

Magic Eraser was my go to for scuff marks on tile when I cleaned houses. Also great for cleaning the grout. Not sure if it damages sealed grout, though. Think I’d call a tile company before using on grout. Be careful using something as strong as Lime Away on grout, though. Use only a little and wipe off immediately. Another good product for scuff marks is Scrubbing Bubbles. Again, be careful around sealed grout.

Dear Odie-1,

First, welcome to Talk of The Villages. This is a great place to get some really useful info.

Feel free to call us anytime. I would welcome the chance to earn your business. We specialize in warranty inspections and I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

While The Villages warranty department will accept my report right up to your closing anniversary date, I usually recommend that folks have their inspection done anywhere from 2-6 weeks prior to that date, just to leave some wiggle room in case of some unforeseen problem.

We submit the report directly to the warranty department the same day we do your inspection, so there is no time lost on our side.

My two sons and myself would be honored to do your warranty inspection if you so choose. Please feel free to check out our website dangeloinspections

I typically return calls in the late afternoon and early evening after inspections.

Oh....on a side note, we also think Magic Erasers are awesome...

Respectfully,

Frank D.

Frank is great, did our 1 year inspection, found stuff I would have never found.

Frank DeAngelo did our 1 year inspection as well. As the poster above mentioned, he found stuff we didn't know about and likely wouldn't have found.
