I have been thinking of using this person as I have been looking in the Daily Sun classifieds. She is "The Frugal Decorator", Elayne Burke. Has anyone used her for window dressing and was she reasonable.

Did anyone use her sevices and would you recommend her?

She did drapes for a friend of mine and they cost around $3000.

They were very nice, but you know me, 2B, I am tight.

We bought our nicely made drapes at JCPenneys. You can shop on line too.

If you need them hemmed, I can do that.

Just a suggestion, and perhaps you prefer custom ones. They are beautiful.

I found this pair at JC Penneys online site. It is simple and contemporary and reminds me of your style in some of the pictures you showed us of your past home..

Thanks Gracie. For 3K , I will do them myself as I am frugal to a point, on some things. I had the feeling that it would be expensive.

I have gotten very nice window dressings at TJMaxx and Home Goods...very inexpensive and they look nice. Gracie's window treatments are beautiful!

I love Home Goods, but there isn't one around here. Closest one is in Orlando?
