Default Spa and sunroom questions

We own a villa in the Pennecamp neighborhood. We are looking to enclose our lanai and add a hot tub. Can you recommend any contractor for design and completion of this project.

We are looking to do the same thing, if we move to the villages. Kilcrease Construction was a name given to us, supposedly quality work, I spoke to JIm 748-3600. Regarding the spa, look into T&D for a one piece inground fiberglass unit, I think it's called the Bullfrog. Good luck, we are looking at a CYV in Pennecamp, how do you like the neighborhood?

You should not depend on a contractor to design, they swing hammers.

Hire an architect get a design then shop the contractors with the SAME set of plans.

Who is best to go to for sliding doors on screened patio. It gets drenched when it rains.

We used Custom Windows of Leesburg. Had sliding glass doors that stack 4 to 1 so it keeps the open feeling when open. We upgraded to the sun shade weight screen and it has helped blocking the sun immensely on our west facing lanai and still allows light in. They have an ad in the paper almost daily. They have a showroom and if you go they give $100 credit towards job.
