Looking for recommendations for year end warranty inspection of house.
Has anyone ever used J. R. Raspel of Best Property Consultants?

I had an inspection done on my 1 year old home by an outside the villages inspector. I am more than pleased with the results. Only a few minor things found that are in the process of being taken care of by the Villages builder. Inspector used was Penny Property Inspectors. I have since recommended them to other neighbors and everyone has been extremely pleased. Surprise that the builder was impressed with the report by the inspector and there was no push back on any items found by them. Gave us a printout with pictures at the end of the inspection right on site. Just took his printout to warranty, they made a copy and the people started showing up to take care of the issues. I forget the exact amount however I believe it was around $300.00. Depends on the size of the home. He is very up front with the costs.
