8 months later and my garage floor has held up beautifully! It's a snap to clean any spills, including. Yes, I would recommend Woody again...and again.

I have noticed that drips from a wet car will take a while to evaporate, and sometimes leave a dull film. A few swishes with a wet rag will remove the film, if you are as fussy as me. However, this leads me to think that, if I ever do have damaged areas, they will be more obvious on a shiny surface that satin finish. Most people have been happy with the product used by Tim The Tool Man. It is a two-part epoxy base (one coat) with a satin clear acrylic (water-based?) top coat. It is also available on-line for DIY application. I would think that it is suitable for the average homeowner. One final comment, Woody's process took four days, and had to be left for another 5 days before putting vehicles on it. I don't know how busy he is, but it would be tough to get this done on a short trip. |
