Default Your two cents...

Does anyone know if there is a bank or store in or near the Villages with a coin counting machine? Thank you for your two cents...

Publix in Mulberry has one. I don't know what percent they take but it is there.

I recently rolled $105 and turned it into the bank to save that percent.

Check Citizens First Bank. I think they have a machine also.

All Publix locations have coin redemption machines. As already noted, so do Winn Dixie and Sweetbay. Frees run from 8.9 - 10%.

I'd do that if they were all quarters.

Thanks everyone! I took my 34 lb. Folgers coffee can to Publix last night. I actually stopped at a couple of Publix stores and both had the same machine. 8% they rob, er...charge to count your coins. Seems a little high, but in the interest of keeping a corporation alive and well in this economy, I decided to feed their hand...ha!

Rolling coins for 5%? Sounds like a plan!

Thanks again...
