Hi JB - me again. I'm Scotch/English/Irish-and just a dab of Cherokee, but from my appearance most think I'm Italian. Oh, Chocolata is the female version of my most favorite food in this world. LOL
Do you know where we can get Orzo? Have been to Fresh Market, Publix, W-Dixie, Sweetbay, etc. Is it a specialty item? Well, just remembered you dont live here yet. Where do you live now and do you think you'll be moving to TV very soon? Would like to meet you when you get here. Have to run. Have spent most of this day trying to come up with the darned recipe!! Hi Chocolata! (love that name). I am Irish, but my Mother always told me I should have been born Italian lol. I love Italian food, cook more Italian than anything else lol. I got an email that you sent a PM, glad I did cause for some reason it wont come up on my screen. You are more than welcome, so glad I signed on when I did :-). And....after looking at the recipe...I have all the ingredients, I think I will try that too!! It sounds delish and I have leftover ham from Easter...so you did me a favor :-).
