Conversation Between drducat and LeeHall

hi... saw you reply to 'window replacement' a few years back. have you replaced sash balancers with any luck? i have builder-grade 20+ plus windows aluminum ... i would far prefer to get the existing widows (single hung) operable again rather then replacement in a stucco block. (20-30 minutes to replace the balancer by a pro would be great... would likely take me hrs. not min.)
