My existing lease runs out October 31, so I desperately need to rent a smaller, preferably unfurnished, home with a fenced backyard in The Villages or surrounding area. I prefer a long-term lease.
I am single, have excellent references and would look after the home and yard as if it was my own. I love gardening and pulling weeds.
