I had Corban Construction build a closet. Paul is a very personable person. The estimate was very reasonable. The work started and ended on schedule/as promised. Almost all of the work was very well done. The things I would recommend are: (1) be there whenever work is being done, and (2) make sure the contract specifies the expected start and completion dates, work to be done, the materials to be used, and, especially, that Paul Caruso, the owner, will be there to start his guys working each day and inspect each step of the work, before any further work is to be done. In my case, Paul wasn't there at one step and his guy made a mistake that cost me $$$.cc to fix later. I still recommend Corban with the proviso that Paul make sure that each step is correctly started and completed before moving on to the next step. Sometimes workers develop trust for one another and sometimes this trust isn't warranted 100% of the time (7/09/2014).
