You do NOt need to be 55 to buy here... 80% of the owners need to be 55 to keep the retirement status... I bought when I was about 52, in fact I know a number of folks who bought when they were younger and rented out their proberty.... buy near a "shopping hub" like 466... it is so great to drive your cart to dentist, dr, public, walmart, shopping, dining... living way south sounds good, but it is a drag.... belvediere, summerhill.. perfect!
