Hi, Thanks for the response. I have tried calling dozens of offices and usually they don't want to be bothered with NYSWC. In fact there is one doctor in Sanford, but he will not even let me make an appointment without a written letter from insurance carrier guaranteeing payment. He will not accept the judges decision as proof of coverage and the insurance carrier doesn't seem too concerned about it and doesn't answer my attorney's calls. What a nightmare. G
