Conversation Between Snoopy and Kazmi

Snoopy we built an Iris July '15. The best recommendation that I can give you is to expand it as much as you can afford. We expanded ours in the garage four feet to the side and four feet forward (into the driveway). We also expanded the bedroom side by two feet. We love having a larger garage for storage and the additional room in the bedrooms. The biggest mistake that we made was not expanding the lanai. That is something that we regret because it cost us more to add the birdcage aftermarket than it would have had we expanded the lanai as part of the construction and have it under roof.
