Congrats....Great stuff...... 96days (close jan 4)is our build time. That caused a problem because citizens could only lock a rate for 85 days so we had to wait until 10/11 for a rate lock. The rate changed from 4.25 to 4.50. Still good rate but that range change cost aBout $30 extra a month. That's not good So be aware

We got to stand on my dirt Monday! What a feeling!!!!Our closing in Pa. was changed to Thurs. Our agent told us after The Villages get their 20%, the house can be done by the end of the year!!!!

Good luck you must be getting excited the 17th is coming very soon. We close on 1/4/11 not sure when exactly we will be down. I saw a ton of homes all over the place when were there.

We bought a lot on Ravencroft Terrace (3163) on a cul-del-sal. Check it out and let me know what you think!!! We are coming down after our closing on Oct. 17. We are renting a house in North Port from friends. The drawback...over two hours away, but the price it right!
