Thanks for the message. We did find a very professional notary who came to our house. I did need to help my Mom to sign the document which seemed OK with the notary. She had suggested it as my Mom was writing all over it .

Tal did you find a notary to come to the house? My guess is your mom’s not getting around easily. Your local bank will happily notarize for free.
