Congratulations! We received an offer right after our house was listed but no sale as yet. I just took out my Mah Jongg sets to see which one I wanted to take! I was hoping to move in December also but we are now looking at the middle of January. Keep me posted. Good luck with everything!

Our home of 33 years, near the Falls, sold in 1 day for the asking price! In fact the closing is today. We are now living in a rental just outside if Coral Gables until our home in TV is ready on Dec 28th.

Where are u in Miami? Has your house sold yet?

Hi Helen, we also live in Miami and are building a home in Bridgeport at Laurel Valley. The closing date is Dec. 28th, and I will be dusting off my Mah Jongg card and looking for a game or three.
