Hi Mar/Bob,
We are making the move from St James to Pinellas in order to get a golf course view lot. We LOVE our Iris so much that we are building the exact same model again, only with a couple of "stretches" that our St. James lot would not accommodate. After spending two wonderful winters there, we are moving closer to the decision to make the permanent move from Michigan to TV. Are you moving to Pinellas or another village? We sure have mixed emotions about leaving St. James...it is an excellent location and has a very active community club, but we are hoping life in Pinellas will be just as much fun! Saw your msg on the forum that you are moving from St. James to the Pinellas.
We love the Iris model. Wondering why people move from 1 to another Village.
Pinellas shows very nice from what we see on the computer.
I hope you will keep in touch and tell us all the info about different Villages.
We will be coming in the fall.
