Hi, When you shop, keep the sewer plant location in mind. also, it is prefered to live in from the edges of the villages a little bit. Just a little more security. We bought in the true center of everything witch is Duval. We tried for weeks to buy pre owned, but just could not find the right fit with things like non smoking clean etc. so we bought a new Designer. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask twice and buy once.
EDIT: I would recommend a North or South facing home as the afternoon sun is bruitle and you cannot sit on your linia with it.
