While I was away this summer my neighbor called to let me know that a severe storm had bent the weeping bottle brush tree installed by Mansfield Landscaping 3 years ago. They thought the tree was totally destroyed. I called Mansfield Landscaping (unfortunately I don't remember the man's name) and explained the situation and asked if they would go out and take a look. It was well beyond the warranty period. My neighbor called about 6 hours later and said the tree was already re-staked. I've just arrived back at my home in The Villages and the tree is looking very healthy. Also Mansfield never charged me for this emergency visit even though I offered. I've been very pleased with the initial installation and am also very pleased with the follow up service.
