A typical home in The Villages my home inspection costs around $275. If it is a manufactured home with a crawlspace there is an additional $50.00. A separate termite inspection is $95.00. What makes my inspections stand out is that unlike others, my inspection usually take around 3 hours or more. You will get an easy to read and understand full color report with many pictures, etc. You are always welcome to be there and ask questions, etc.....that time is yours. I only book one inspection a day so I can focus on YOUR home, not getting to the next one. Price-wise I know I am around the middle of the pack...some guys are less, some more. I've seen some inspectors take less then an hour.....that simply baffles me. I climb through the attic, walk the roof, check appliances, all major systems, even the sprinkler system.
    Hope that helps! Frank D'Angelo

    Dear Can'twait,
I usually book a week or two ahead of time.....closer if needed. Usually when a potential buyer puts an offer on a home they have 7-10 days to book an inspection, and I can usually do it within that time.
I can also have your termite inspection done, and am affiliated with a termite inspection company and can do that for you also. No home inspector inspects for sinkhole activity. This is only done by a specialist in geology and engineering and is rare to ever have this as part of a "pre-buy" inspection.

Hi, If I need a house inspection how backlogged are you? What is the cost? Are you qualified to look for termites, sinkhole activity? what else does the inspection cover?
