I'm your next door neighbor and saw your post about the postage-size lawn we have. I feel the same as you and would love to discuss some kind of sharing the upkeep of the lawn. I've been here since 9/18 & the grass hasn't grown one bit; additionally, I'm told it doesn't grow at all during the winter so why pay $40 a month for 12 months.
