I saw your post looking for a place to rent in March. I have a brand new Cabot Cove patio villa in the Village of Fernandina that became available recently. It is beautifully furnished by Southern Lifestyles and everything was purchased in Sept. 2012. The rent is $3000 and includes a golf cart.
