We are also on Allaire Loop at end of Brunell in small cul de sac - so I am pretty sure we are going to be neighbors! We are 1309 Allaire - closed by mail on 2/11 and came down for a week in early March to start settling in. We will be returning for another week 5/26 thru 6/3. Best to you with your closing and move!
