Conversation Between sherri2305 and DrHead7x

I had them (Artisticrete) (Shawn was the guy) do our driveway and lanai and back patio about two years ago. A couple months ago some of the coatings became loose and some actually came out like a pothole. I called and left messages asking Shawn to get back to me many times before I had someone call me back and schedule a time to come look at it. Twice they scheduled and twice they never showed and I can not get a call back even after telling them I was going to contact the BBB. I see there are at least 8 others complaining about the same type service. Someone needs to be sure others in The Villages are aware of the service they will have to look forward to after spending big dollars! Dave Head
