Sorry just saw your message today! I am not to good at knowing how to navigate these forums. Any way, I live in New Hampshire now, as well as having a house in Pinellas. I think October may be cutting it very close as they are moving ahead pretty quickly with buildout. But who know they may have some spec houses built when you are looking in the fall. We bought a spec house as it had almost everything we were looking for. We did look at building but the price got away from us very quickly. One of my sons lives in Philadelphia with his family. Saw your post about moving to Pinellas. We thought Pinellaas was a nice section via
the computer. We can't move till Oct. Do you think Pinellas will be filled by then?
How far is Pinellas from Brownwood? We live in Pa 35 miles out of Philadelphia.
