Hi just wondering if you are still looking to rent for jan/feb/mar. if so, I have a 1 1/2 year old 2 bd 2 bath courtyard villa (durham) which is fully furnished. It is in the village of tamarind grove. It is in spectacular shape and hardly lived in. Has all southern style furniture. VLS# 213644 if you would like to see it. I will be closing on it on September 30th and will be looking to start renting it November.
