Did you try logging in on a laptop or regular computer, that is the only way my friend and I can get contact info. I am no longer able to retrieve contact info on my iPhone or my iPad. Also my friend has a droid phone and it don’t work either and neither did my grandkids kindle fire, not sure why it always used to until last year. Good luck
