This has been bothering me for some time...

Last year in August 2017 you installed a beautiful 14' sliding door in the back of my home at 8387 SE 174th Clifton Pl. We moved a short time later (found a larger home), and during closing I had to pay $25 for a document that you signed to show that I had paid for the door! To say I was upset is putting it mildly. I paid you immediately, and then find out I have pay an additional $25 just to prove I paid you? The charge came from your company - it should have been signed at no cost.

Although the work you did was fine, I will find it hard to ever get an estimate from you again.
