My husband and I have had to same horrible experience with City Furniture. Customer Satisfaction - What a joke. Buyer beware! This company has their behinds covered in every way with their 24 hour/72 hour deadlines. Customer service is a good if you like holding on for 25 + minutes with no one answering. I would not recommend doing business with this company to anyone.
