By the way, we are not "investors" but plan on moving to the home when we retire in late 2019 or mid 2020. Since we will just be setting it up in July, if your family decides you would want it, We can try to accommodate your taste. It could be a win / win situation. My husband Jeff & I are purchasing are purchasing a home at 2323 Lamar Lane and will be furnishing it and renting it out for the next 2 or 3 years.
