We found that the Village people will really stretch the truth to make a sale. We found that most of them are not licensed in Real Estate. With private owner, you can do it with the Escrow group, no realtor fee. Above all! TAke your time, do not believe everything you hear, do not agree to something verbally, everything to be done is to be in writing BEFORE you give them a dime. We found some real surprises came along and so be sure to move slowly and do not believe anything like we will take care of it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, that is BS.
