I liked your post on people's dogs crapping on your lawn. Last night, my security camera alerted me to an animal detection. A guy allows his dog to wonder all over my lawn, the dog poops on the lawn halfway up the driveway, the guy walks up to the spot, looks at it and then quickly walks down the street, leaving the dog crap on my lawn.
So I spent the last hour looking for laws or ordinances on "dog waste" but cannot find anything. In your post, you said "It is illegal and subject to a fine if you let your dog even walk on other peoples lawns." Do you have a reference for a law or ordinance on an owner's responsibility to clean up their dog waste? I hope there is something on the books. Thanks!
