We had our iris enclosed and the cost was $12K. First, Brian Terry Vinyl enclosed it for $10K and after 1 year we had to redo the construction because BTV could never stop the constant leaking during our typical FL rains. Then we had Custom Windows and Exterior Design remove the atrocious BTV construction and enclose our Lanai. Cost was $12K. Been very happy with their product and the after sales service has been excellent. I would recommend Custom Windows and Exterior Design.
