I am closing on a house in November and am interested in renting it for 6 months or more but not for the whole year. 285 Starr Lane, Village of Caroline near Sumter Landing. A 4 seater electric golf cart (rare 60 miles per charge) is included. Laminate flooring is going in and I will be doing furniture and decorating upgrades after closing. If you rented for the month of November somewhere else, you could move in in from Dec. for 6-10 months. If you like it, we could arrange for you to be renting the 10 months and start again each December. I have an agent handling the sale as I am not there right now but we could set everything up online to get started.
