Default Covid-19 = yesterdays news

Pick the media, they all have wall to wall, continuous repetition of the demonstations and riots. I choose to distinguish the two as one has little to do with the other.

And Covid-19 for the most part for the last 24 hours having little or no mention.

The media would get orgasmic if there was a new virus outbreak caused by the demonstrators and rioters. I wonder who would get the blame for that?

What passes for "news" in this country is disgusting. I can't believe people watch the mind numbing dribble and it is so overtly political it's sickening. I watch snippets of Aljazerra and Skye to find out what is really going on in the USA and the Whole World--not so America-centric/one story only or political agenda driven.

VA is going to stage 2 this week, no more than 50 people in a crowd, EXCEPT for protesters. They are special, special to someones agenda.

New York City council member Mark Levine said on Wednesday.

“Let’s be clear about something: if there is a spike in coronavirus cases in the next two weeks, don’t blame the protesters. Blame racism,” Levine, who is the head of the city council’s health committee, wrote on Twitter. “And let’s remember that the police are increasing COVID risk by: using tear gas; herding demonstrators into tight spaces; putting people in crowded jails.”

I was watching the movie China Syndrome last night from 1979. It came out about 12 days before the 3 Mile Island disaster, it was about a nuclear reactor accident in southern California, really great movie. Anyway, there was a line in the movie about the local news channel who believes "Good News is Bad News"

How in the world can he say that with a straight face? Than how can a voter with an ounce of intelligence vote for this clown?

Makes one wonder. Perhaps they get vouchers and earn money for each protest they attend.

I am replying only to the part that says Covid-19 yesterday's news...…

I have been watching the statistics on Covid-19 deaths Nationally. For many, many days it has been steady at about 1000 a day of people dying. Two days ago it went to a little over 1300 and the last 24 hours it was 977.
