Perhaps detectives who have been in law enforcement for some time aren’t used to wearing body cams? They certainly don’t wear them during investigations. Sounds like he was an extra when extra manning was needed.

I guess there is video.

It looks like the cop banged on Scotty's window and Scottie immediately stopped ... no dragging. Within about 30 seconds or so, they have him out of the car and in handcuffs.

From what I can see, this doesn't look good for the Louisville PD.

Unless there is another video showing Scottie dragging the cop, this looks like a trumped up charge. Scottie should sue the city of Louisville. He would be a rich man!!

It looks like the arresting officer has a rather checkered past.
