I had Covid and I wasn’t vaccinated, and I’m not young nor dead…people and their fear mongering…never ends

We've done that as evidenced by Florida's herd immunity in that age demographic. You can't protect everyone from themselves in a free society! The vaccine in there, it's available, it's FREE! Sometimes you just have to let people live (or die) with their own choices.

My understanding is that hospitals are full of people dying from covid, the other info is a deflection from what is taking place.

They should be allowed to take their chances, as long as they sign a waiver stating that IF they end up with COVID symptoms, they were not permitted entry to the hospital. They can self-isolate until the symptoms subside or until they're dead - their choice.

I don't know why people are debating influenza, pneumonia and covid deaths. Dead is dead, my wife and I got the shot for all three.

The influx at the Texas border has had little to no impact on the number of people in Florida with COVID, because it has had little impact on the number of people in Florida, period.

Immigrants in from Mexico/Texas aren't being sent to Florida and told "be free!" and just cut loose at the airport. It just flat out isn't happening. It's fear-mongering, a CONTINUED attempt to blame Mexicans for all the ails of the USA, because the fear-mongerers don't want to admit that they could have done more right here in the states to reduce transmission, but chose not to.

Just like Europe blames the French, the USA blames the Mexicans or the Muslims, depending on the situation that week.

Well ... the governor says that we have 'freedom' to choose in Florida ... I guess he's right on that. Why would someone choose to avoid getting the vaccine at this point? I don't get it.

Well, bus loads of "migrants" are being shipped to FL, so I'd say "yes"...

Best thing to do is lock yourself in a closet with a mask and face shield. You do that while I go out and play golf and enjoy my life. You can be hurt everyday just walking out the door. More room outside for me.

Wow, easily the most selfish and illogical thing I have ever heard of in my life referring to a pandemic. I am so sorry whatever happened to you in your past; or, better yet, what did not happen that made you think this way. With it's brevity, we can tell you really mean that.

WOW! I hope you never get sick from something that was "possibly" preventable...

McAllen TX, has received 7,500 covid positive patients so far this year...

Many are being bussed to other States, as well, FL included...

Small facility’s that really need help don’t have that kind of money. Plus not only do they pay the staff, the agency get a hefty cut.

Not true - look it up. Covid long haul symptoms makes for great fear mongering news. Long haul flu symptoms don’t…
