Perhaps Fox and CNN will get to just reporting the news. Nah, that won’t happen.

Not one word about the other stations CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC CBS, with the lies they told for over four years, 24 hours a day.. :1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl:

We can laugh, agree, disagree or agree to disagree all we want but a free press is absolutely necessary for a free society. In the United States, freedom of the press is protected by the First Amendment.

Just as long as the "correct" pronouns are used...

Joe

How did Carlson "disrespect women"?

If Tucker were to talk about checkers, it would likely be checkers in Moscow. He had a passion for that part of the world.

Glenn Beck (spreading conspiracy theories about the JUST-elected Pres. Obama), Bill O'Reilly (sexual misbehavior allegations), Roger Ailes (sexual harassment), Ed Henry (sexual misconduct), Eric Bolling (sexual misconduct).

Tuckums had one very HUMOROUS on-air WEAKNESS that was amazingly strange for a TV personality that had made it as far as he had........he could lie WITH EASE without blinking an eye. BUT, he could NOT come close to FABRICATING an AUTHENTIC laugh. He sounded like a donkey with throat cancer when he tried to fake his STUPID laugh.

Tucker Carlson offered jobs on Russian state TV

He surely had love for totalitarians/authoritarians!!!!!!!

That is quite humorous.

They DO tend to disrespect women and they sing the praises of only one ethnic group.

Chris Cuomo was advising his brother which was a CNN no no. Toobin was masterbating on a ZOOM call. Lauer, guilty as charged.

And if you want to talk about "stellar company", don't forget to include Matt Lauer, Chris Cuomo and Jeffery Toobin (who is back working @ CNN...)

Yes, ad hominem attacks certainly add to your argument...

For which, we 1st have to recapture a TRUE middle class. Note: to do that requires 1950s-style PROGRESSIVE tax rates.

You mean when "the rich" actually paid LESS in taxes than they do now?

People like Tucker Carlson, and his lies have caused the big divide in this country. I'm glad even Fox said too much, I worry about where he will show up next. He is evil.

Ooof my parents watch CNN all day. They don't really pay attention to it, but it's always in the background, volume up. I like CNN just about as much as I like Fox. Which is to say - not at all. I also don't like news "shows" of any kind. They're all designed to push a political agenda, whether right or left. It's pretty disgusting to see it. I'd rather ignore a soccer game at the bar, than ignore a news "commentator" discussing the latest election scandal.

When I want to watch news, I watch the actual news on the networks. Y'know, the "live at 5" news, where they tell you "this happened. That happened. This other thing happened. Here's the weather forecast. Here's a fluff piece about a dog who rescued a 4-year-old boy. See you all tomorrow for more news, live at 5."

Or I'll read a reuters or AP feed. I get my court/bill-voting/congress/senate hearing stuff from CSPAN, which just sets a video stream down in the back of the room and live-streams it without any commentary at all.

I don't like it when paid front-men try to instruct me how to feel about what I'm seeing. It's condescending and implies that you are too stupid to make your own decisions about the topic.

So I avoid watching any of those types of "reports," no matter where they come from.

In the pre internet days, I usually had CNN Headline News on most of the day. I could watch Lynne Russell for hours.:D
